Welcome to Club Bear Smackdown! Please follow the rules for each facility listed below: Coaches, Club Directors pass this information to all parents in your club.

12's and 18's: Marshfield High School - No concessions, coolers will be allowed in the cafeteria area ONLY! Water and Gatorade only in the court area for players only in ALL Facilities.

17's, 16's,14'S & 13'S: Hollister High School and Middle Schools - Concessions available at the High School. Coolers may be bought into designated areas only, if you are not sure where this is ask each site director.

15's: Stalnaker Boys & Girls Club - Concessions available, coolers in designated areas only.

NO FOOD OR DRINK WILL BE ALLOWED INTO SEATING AREAS OF ALL FACILITES!! ABSOLUTELY NO CROCK POTS OR ANY OTHER TYPE OF ELECTRIAL APPLIANCES WILL BE ALLOWED ANYWHERE IN THIS TOURNAMENT.

THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED, SITE DIRECTORS WILL ASK NAME AND TEAM OF THOSE WHO DO NOT FOLLOW THE RULES, THIS WILL BE TURNED INTO TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR AND THE TEAM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK INTO CLUB BEAR HOME TOURNAMENTS.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless both teams are there and ready to play. After the 3rd match all matches should start 5 minutes after the previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for registration before playing.

4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
5 Team Pool Play: Two 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
6 Team Pool Play: Two 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
7 Team Pool Play: Two 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Playoffs
Playoffs will be two out of three sets, first 2 - 21 point (no cap)
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with NO cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
