TO ALL TEAMS PARTICIPATING IN THE LAUREN T. WHEELER MEMORIAL TOURNAMENT, CLUB BEAR WOULD LIKE TO EXPRESS OUR SINCERE APPRECIATION IN HONORING LAUREN AND HER FAMILY IN THE SPORT OF VOLLEYBALL!

IN LAUREN WORDS "PLAY HARD, HAVE FUN!"

Please follow the rules for each facility posted below, it will be strictly enforced! Club Directors, coaches please make sure that all the information concerning rules and coolers is understood by all with your club.

NO ELECTRIAL APPLIANCES OF ANY KIND WILL BE ALLOWED. FOOD AND DRINK OF ANY KIND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN ANY SEATING AREAS OF ANY FACILITY.

WATER/GATORADE FOR THE PLAYERS ONLY ON THE BENCHES.

Willard High, Middle and Intermediate Schools: Concessions will not be available, coolers will be allowed ONLY in designated areas.

Monett High School: Concessions will be available, coolers WILL NOT be allowed anywhere in the school.

Hollister High and Middle Schools: Concessions will be avaiable, coolers will be allowed ONLY in designated areas.

SPORTMAN LIKE BEHAVIOR WILL BE REQUIRED OF ALL AT ALL TIMES.

All match times are approximate. The first three matches will not start before scheduled time unless both teams are there and ready to play. After the 3rd match all matches should start 5 minutes after the previous match.

All Players must complete & pay for registration before playing.

4 Team Pool Play where all teams advance to playoffs: Two 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
4 Team Pool Play where not all teams advance to playoffs: Three 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
5 Team Pool Play: Two 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
6 Team Pool Play: Two 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.
7 Team Pool Play: Two 21 point sets. Beginning at 4-4, no cap.

Playoffs
Playoffs will be two out of three sets, first 2 - 21 point (no cap)
Third set, if necessary will be a 15 point with NO cap.
During Playoffs the losing team is required to officiate the following match.
